These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of handmade crowns, accessories, and custom-designed products created by Crown Chakra Designs. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.   
 

1. Who We Are

These Terms and any purchase contract are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the USA.  
 

2. Handmade Nature of Products   

All items offered on this website are handmade and one of a kind. Because of this: 

 • Products are sold AS IS.

 • Product photos serve as illustrative examples. 

 • Each item may differ slightly in shape, shine, component placement, or color tone. 

 • We may use equivalent or higher-quality alternative components if the original materials are unavailable. 

 • Minor handmade variations are normal and not considered defects.   
 

3. Safety Notice   

Our products are decorative accessories intended for adults. For safety reasons: 

 • Products are not suitable for children. 

 • Some items may have sharp edges or pointed elements. 

 • Materials may cause allergic reactions (galvanized parts, imitation jewelry components). 

 • Products are not waterproof and must be kept away from water, sweat, steam, humidity, showers, rain, or pools. 

 • Customers use the products at their own risk. 

 • We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by improper use, unsafe handling, or modifications of the product.   
 

4. Production Time   

All products are handmade individually. Estimated production time for items not currently in stock: 

 • 1–3 weeks for most standard items

 • 1–4 weeks or longer for complex designs or custom orders   

Production time is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays caused by workload, material availability, or handmade processes do not qualify for refunds.
   

5. Custom Orders   

Custom orders include any personalized changes such as: 

 • custom colors 

 • custom design 

 • combining designs 

 • fully unique, made-to-measure pieces 

 • any product created specifically for the customer

   

Custom order rules: 

 • Production starts only after you confirm the design or the preview photo. 

 • Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 

 • Custom orders are non-refundable. 

 • Handmade variations in pattern, shine, and component placement are normal and not considered defects.
   

6. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel   

When placing an order: 

 • You confirm all details are correct. 

 • You agree to provide a valid phone number and email for delivery purposes. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to: 

 • suspected fraud or chargeback risk 

 • abusive or inappropriate communication 

 • incorrect or incomplete customer information 

 • errors in pricing or product description 

 • inability to fulfil the order safely   

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.  
 

7. Prices & Payment   

Prices may change without prior notice.   

Accepted payment methods: 

 • Woo Commerce

 • Bank transfer for high-value or special orders upon individual agreement   

Payment must be completed before production begins.   

8. Shipping & Delivery   

We ship in the US via: 

 • USPS

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.   

We are not responsible for: 

 • delays caused by carriers or customs 

 • packages lost or delayed after handover to the carrier 

 • loss or theft after delivery to the customer’s address 

 • failed delivery attempts 

 • incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer   

Responsibility transfers to the carrier at the moment we hand over the parcel. 
  

9. Customer Responsibility (Address, Contact & Delivery)   

The customer is responsible for: 

 • providing a correct and complete address 

 • providing a working phone number and email 

  • being available to receive the delivery   

If a package is returned due to: 

 • non-collection 

 • refusal of delivery 

 • wrong or incomplete address   

→ Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

→ Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.  
 

11. Returns & Refunds (Worldwide)   

We accept returns of standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be: 

 • unused 

 • unworn 

 • undamaged 

 • shipped back within 14 days of receipt 

 • packed in original or equivalent protective packaging  
 

Customer pays the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.    

Return Instructions & Required Address. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days from the date of delivery to the following address:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that: 

 • the package is properly packed and protected from damage during transport, 

 • the return label includes the company name and address exactly as written above, 

 • the return is sent with a trackable shipping method.   
 

Packages sent to any other address, sent without tracking, or incorrectly marked may be refused or delayed. 

Refunds are issued only after: 

 1. the package is delivered back to us, 

 2. inspected and approved.   
 

Refund will then be processed within up to 14 days. We are not responsible for customs delays on returned parcels.   
 

12. Warranty   

Implied warranty does not cover: 

 • wear and tear 

 • exposure to water, sweat, or humidity 

 • accidental damage • misuse, improper handling, or unsafe storage 

 • modifications made by the customer 

 • oxidation, discoloration, or reactions with skin 

 • natural variations from handmade production   

Claims for manufacturing defects will be processed in accordance with applicable USA consumer protection laws.   
 

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: 

 • injuries caused by misuse 

 • allergic reactions 

 • delays caused by carriers or customs 

 • lost or stolen items after delivery 

 • minor handmade variations 

 • incorrect addresses provided by the customer 

 • events outside our reasonable control 
  

14. Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct: 

 • pricing errors 

 • description errors 

 • stock availability errors 

 • typographical mistakes   

If such an error affects an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund.   
 

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfil an order due to events beyond our control, including: 

 • natural disasters 

 • pandemics 

 • wars 

 • cyber attacks 

 • supply chain disruptions 

 • government restrictions 

 • carrier failures   
 

16. Customer Photos & Social Media Content

If a customer voluntarily sends us photos, tags us on social media, or grants permission in any way, they provide us with a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for marketing purposes. You may request removal at any time.  
 

17. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection   

All content on this website, including designs, product shapes, artwork, decorative arrangements, photos, videos, graphics, texts, logos, product descriptions, product names, and collection names is the exclusive property of Crown Chakra Designs and is protected by copyright law, design law, and trademark law.   

You agree that: 

 • All product designs sold by Crown Chakra Designs are original works and legally protected. 

 • You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create products inspired by our designs. 

 • You may not reuse, modify, or distribute our photos, videos, texts, titles, or designs for commercial use, including on marketplaces such as Etsy, AliExpress, TEMU, Wish, Amazon, etc. 

 • You may not use our content or designs as input for AI training, machine learning datasets, scraping, or derivative creation tools. 

 • You may not create counterfeit, lookalike, or derivative works. 

 • You may not use our brand name, logo, or identity in any way that could cause confusion or imply affiliation.   

Violations may result in: 

 • legal action 

 • DMCA takedowns 

 • removal of listings 

 • claims for damages and lost profit 

 • permanent ban from purchasing our products   

We monitor online platforms for infringements and reserve the right to take action whenever necessary.   
 

18. Changes to Terms   

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be published on this page.
